Venus via the Parkway

Photographer and Mountain Times reader Dale Forrest captured this image of Venus’ transit across the face of the sun Tuesday evening, June 5. Forrest snapped the shot on the Blue Ridge Parkway, two miles northeast of the Boone off-ramp.
