Harmonia Baroque performs music from the baroque period with historical or replicas of instruments from the period.
Ensemble members are Nancy Schneeloch-Bingham, traverse; Alicia Chapman, hautbois; Priscilla Porterfield, mezzo-soprano; Nancy Bargerstock, violin; Eric Koontz, viola; Chung Park, viola; Corinne Cassini, baroque cello; Doug James, theorbo; and Michael Bell, harpsichord.
The program features “Sonata da camera” by Johann Gottlieb Janitsch, “Herzbrechend is das Augenbrechen” (Sacred Cantata no. 52) by Georg Phillip Telemann and “Passacaglia” from “Armonico Tributo Sonata No. 5 in G major” by Georg Muffat.
