Students protest abortion

A new Appalachian State University student organization Zoe: Students for Life, hosted a demonstration, which compared abortion to the Holocaust and genocide. They displayed photos of aborted fetus next to images of overseas genocide in an effort to initiate conversation about abortion. Many students opposed the group’s demonstration and responded by passing out flyers and speaking on their own views about the topic. Photo by Caroline Monday
