Now entering its 13th year of entertaining visitors and residents of the High Country, the Monday Night Concert Series once again offers an eclectic lineup of musicians.

This year will feature performers from the High Country, Knoxville, Tenn., Abington, Va., Charlotte and even as far away as Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Monday Night Concert Series takes place in the Broyhill Park, off Clark Street in Blowing Rock. These park concerts offer a relaxed, casual atmosphere for guests and residents of Blowing Rock to enjoy free entertainment.

Each show will feature various types of music, including jazz, musical theater, bluegrass and contemporary music.

Concerts begin at 7 p.m., and audiences are asked to bring a lawn chair or blanket for their comfort.
The inclement weather location is the American Legion Building on Park Avenue.
