As women, many of us play the role of caregiver to our family, friends

and communities. I speak from experience about the tendency

women sometimes have to put others first and forget to give a little

care to ourselves! We are better caregivers to our loved ones when we

are well nourished and well rested; in other words, when our own

needs are being reached.

·Remember to eat well and drink water, even when you're

busy with too much to do.

·Take a good multivitamin and an essential fatty acid

supplement to make up the difference for the times when

you don't eat as well.

·Give yourself permission to put off unnecessary chores in

order to get adequate rest.
