Free intro to Open Heart Meditation Nov. 6
A free introduction to Open Heart Meditation will be held
Friday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. at 577 George Wilson Road, Suite 4.
Two Open Heart
workshops will follow on Saturday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 8, at 363 Daniel Drive. Everyone is
welcome.
Cost is $100 for Saturday's day-long workshop and $150 for Sunday's
day-long workshop. Any previous participant can repeat either workshop for $25.
Participants will learn practical exercises to strengthen and connect to their spiritual heart
and cleanse negative emotions, which can lead to greater calmness and less stress. The
introduction will be led by Ed Rubenstein, an Open Heart workshop instructor
from Asheville.
Space is limited, so participants are encouraged to register

From downtown Boone, take Hwy. 321/421 West towards Vilas.
Turn left onto George Wilson Road and go a half mile to the first building past Lynhill Day
Care Center. Park in front of the building and take the sidewalk to the side entrance.

From downtown Boone, take Highway
421 South/East towards Wilkesboro. Turn right about four miles outside Boone on Old 421 South.
Turn right at Rutherwood Baptist Church onto Don Hayes Road. Continue under the Blue Ridge
Parkway bridge. The road changes name to Daniel Drive, then continue through the meadows of
Brown's Farm Ridge. The clinic is located in the third house on the left.
