The Hospitality House board of directors invites the communities of its seven mountain county region to join them at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, for their seventh annual luncheon.
This years’ theme, “Fifty-Two Weeks of Hope,” will celebrate the restored hope, realized dreams and bright futures of people being served year round by the Hospitality House, according to the board.
Being held at Blue Ridge Mountain Club (formerly Laurelmor Resort, Ginn Company), the luncheon will feature guest speakers sharing testimonials and inspirational stories of triumph over crisis and their transition out of homelessness.
Attendees will learn about the success of Hospitality House, the myriad of new programs and services being offered, as well as the ways that they can become involved in the mission of helping people rebuild their lives.
The luncheon, catered by Buddy Fore and Grouse Moor Catering, is free of charge and invitations are open to anyone wishing to attend. For more information, or to RSVP, visit http://www.hospitalityhouseofboone.org or call Todd Carter at (828) 264-1237.
