Concerts in the Park return to Banner Elk

On Thursdays throughout the summer, the Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce and the town of Banner Elk present Concerts in the Park.

The concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. each Thursday at the Tate Evans Town Park stage behind the Bank of America on N.C. 194. Admission to the event is free, and attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets and coolers. Food will also be available for purchase at the concert. Raffle tickets can be purchased for prizes, as well as for a cash drawing.

This year's concerts promise an array of bands and musical genres. Concert schedule and event sponsors are as follows:
