Grounds/Landscape

Description: Full-time immediate opening.

Responsibilities: Monitor the daily functions of the Grounds Maintenance Department, its services, supplies, equipment and employees. Ensure employee and guest safety relative to grounds keeping activities. Oversee fertilizing, planting, irrigation, equipment maintenance, trash removal, snow removal and preparation for inclement weather. Perform departmental duties as required.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years horticulture experience preferred, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to think ahead and plan over multi-year time span, ability to work in extreme weather conditions, willingness to work long shifts and holidays if necessary, and to be placed on on-call status
