Calling All Women!

ArtWalk is happy to open its doors for the fourth annual Girls Night Out Party.

ArtWalk will be staying open late Wednesday, Dec. 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for this fantastic, free event. Food, music, drawings, games and an artist's trunk sale will accompany great deals.

Angela Salzwedel, a jewelry designer from Winston-Salem, will be at ArtWalk during the party and will be putting on a trunk sale.

Salzwedel often does bridal and special event custom pieces, and many of her pieces are one of a kind. Her high-quality materials make for sophisticated combinations of Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, gemstones, Venetian glass, dichroic glass, and hand-blown glass on jeweler's 49-strand wire, sterling silver and 14K gold filled.

Sterling plated beads are only used in the value line and in conjunction with solid sterling silver or 14K gold filled ear wires. All of her materials are made in the U.S.A., with the exception of a few European crafted elements and Bali sterling silver beads.

Angela Salzwedel's jewelry is located on ArtWalk's main level. With three and a half floors and more than 300 local, regional and national artists, ArtWalk is located at 611 W. King St. (across from Mast General Store) Boone, N.C. 28607. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m.
